Eastern Display provides users with access to the product information of Eastern Display. It also provide facilities for users to communicate electronically with Eastern Display staff and/or make online transactions of Eastern Display products. You will create a user account, including user name and password as well as the User Profile when you register with Eastern Display website. You also agree to immediately notify us of any loss or unauthorized use of your password or account. You must ensure that you exit (log out) from your account at the end of each session.

Eastern Display cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of identity arising from your failure to comply with the above rules and practices.

Eastern Display is not responsible for any content that is uploaded, posted or otherwise made available by the users. Under no circumstances will Eastern Display be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content uploaded, posted or otherwise made available via the our service.

You agree to not use the Eastern Display service to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to not use the Eastern Display to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships, or any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.

Eastern Display reserves the right (but is not obligated) to refuse or delete any content that is made available via its service.

Eastern Display does not claim ownership of content submitted or made available on our website by the users. However, with respect to content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the our website, you grant Eastern Display the world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such content on the our website solely for the purposes of providing information to our users and promoting the services of Eastern Display. This license exists only for as long as you elect to continue to include such content on our website and will terminate at the time you remove or Eastern Display removes such content from our website.

Eastern Display is not responsible for any messages that is posted by its users. Under no circumstances will Eastern Display be liable in any way for any content, including but not limited to general messages, advices on medical conditions or treatments or information on products or services, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss, delay of treatment or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted.

You acknowledge and agree that the Message Board and Forums serve the purpose of exchanging information only and is provided "AS-IS". You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to verify the identity of the source of messages, the reliability of the advices and the integrity of the information you obtained from the Message Board or Forums.

No Resale of Content

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Eastern Display website, the use of our service, or the access to our service.
